While I’m trained in CBT, I must confess that I am not a traditional CBT practitioner who strictly adheres to its methods (unless you prefer that approach). Instead, I view individuals as complex and dynamic, shaped by their emotions, thoughts, bodies, behaviors, cultural backgrounds, unique upbringings, and personal traits.
To honor this complexity, I integrate a variety of psychotherapy approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Experiencing, the Satir Model, Mindfulness, and insights from Neuropsychology. This integrative framework allows me to deeply understand your experiences and challenges, crafting a personalized, client-centered therapy that meets your unique needs.
